Wakocha

TASTING NOTES

Wakocha, or Japanese black tea, is always a delight to find since it is relatively rare - most Japanese tea being green. This is a really nice example, with a bold assamica body and more delicate notes of red fruit and orchid. 

PREPARATION

208F water. 5 grams. Start at 10 seconds, add 5 each time.
