Order Processing

In most cases, Northeast Tea House ships orders within one business day after the order is placed. If a delay is unavoidable, we'll let you know via email and will give you a chance to change or cancel the order if the delay causes a problem.

Where We Ship

Currently, Northeast Tea House ships only within the United States and Canada.Ā  We also offer free in-store pickup for customers who can make it to our Minneapolis shop!

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at the time of check-out.Ā  In most cases you can choose between standard (3-5 day) and expedited (2-3) day shipping via UPS.Ā  Note that:

  • Northeast Tea House does not mark-up shipping costs and that we pass along all shipping discounts to our customers
  • Tins of matcha are shipped at a flat rate of $5, regardless of the number of tins in the order.Ā 
  • Shipping is free for all orders over $100.
