TASTING NOTES
Processed and "oxidized" in a nitrogen-rich environment, which increases the GABA content in the leaves. GABA is a relaxing neurotransmitter, and consequently, this tea tends to be quite relaxing! It is also delicious, with notes of candied nuts and subtle spice.
