A creamy, young gong ting grade shu pu’er. This is an easy one to love, with a surprising display of rose notes in the early infusions! Gong ting is the most bud-heavy and delicate grade of shu pu'er, and consistently produces creamy, smooth tea.
PREPARATION
Use 5 grams, 212F water. Steep for 10 seconds and then add 5 seconds for each additional steeping.
