2021 Autumn Ai Lao Secret Garden Sheng Cake

Mount Ai Lao is one of the most remote, difficult to access mountains in Yunnan. As such, tea from this mountain is hard to come by. 

This tea comes from a grove of ancient tea trees on Mount Ai Lao, and produces some of the most complex young sheng we've tried. It is at once fruity, savory, herbaceous, and slightly floral! We're excited to see how it ages - though we might drink it all up before then.
