TASTING NOTES

Moonlight White is, as the name suggests, dried under the moonlight rather than the sunshine. Whether this alters the flavor significantly is not as clear, but it is a poetic processing style! This tea is bright and refreshing, with notes of melon and custard. Over time, age should bring out a deeper sweetness and viscosity in this tea, amplifying the custardy, vanilla notes.

205F water. 5 grams. Start at 20 seconds, add 10 each time.
