TASTING NOTES
A beautiful example of the subtlety that I possible in Wuyi oolongs. The roast on this Qilan is noticeable, but merges seemlessly with the natural flavors of the tea, providing a complex brew with notes of bread, pastry, citrus, and saffron.
PREPRATION
203F water. 5-7 grams. Start at 6 seconds, add 3 each time.
