Winter Snowflake "Duck Sh*t" Dancong

TASTING NOTES

A famous style of Dancong oolong, named after the supposedly duck-dropping-rich soil in the town that birthed this tea (and that legend). This is an incredibly floral and fragrant tea, with notes of lilac and lavender, on top of a buttery body uncommon in Dancong oolongs.

203F water. 7-8 grams. Start at 6 seconds, add 3 each time.
