Sakimidori - 20g Tin

Made from a relatively rare cultivar, this Sakimidori matcha is surprisingly crisp and mineral-forward - like the Wuyi oolong of the matcha world. Also in the mix are notes of cocoa, steamed green vegetables, and chrysanthemum. 

This tencha has been farmed with entirely natural methods, with no sprays or chemical fertilizers of any kind, resulting in a complex, bright and aromatic matcha!
