A mixture of Kanayamidori, Sakimidori, and Asahi. This blend perfectly captures the cool, humid tranquility of a moss garden, with notes of petrichor, dew, wet stone, and savory, sweet moss.

The Kanayamidori provides a creamy body with subtle, fresh floral notes. Sakimidori provides a remarkable crisp minerality to the finish. The Asahi is responsible for the deeper, savory bass notes. 

All milled fresh on our own matcha mill, from tencha grown with minimal intervention. This means no sprays or artificial fertilizers, enabling the tea plants to thrive and the full range of complexity possible in natural matcha to shine!
