2021 Spring Morning Raw Pu'erh Cake

This tea cake is made of huang pian, or the mature, larger leaves of somewhat older tea trees. We find it has a mellow character for a sheng, with notes of black pepper, bell pepper, and apricot. The size of the cake is 357 grams.
